I have some gifts for you!
Attached are some documents that I received from Operation Mobilization
( OM ) whom we are working alongside for half of our time in Ireland. I
need all of you to print these documents and fill them out. Please
note that the Release form needs to be Notarized.
Once you have them completed please snail mail the actual papers to me at the AIM office address:

If you do not fill out this papers and send them back to me it will cause problems for you.
Sorry this is one more thing to do but this is a really important one that we can’t get around.
The papers are as follows:
A minor consent form (only for those of you who are under 18 as of June 1st)
A personal data form. (Sign and send)
A statement of faith. (Sign and send)
A release form. (Notarize, sign and send)
And a preparation packet from OM Ireland ( This has lots of great
information from an Irishman! Please read it. There is also a form in
it that should be printed off and sent in.Or we can do it at training
camp)
